OUR MISSION

New York Intervention is a crisis-to-solution provider of concierge mental health and addiction recovery services. We are committed to guiding our clients and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. From the very first phone call, our team takes a hands-on, high-touch approach, ensuring that no one faces a mental health or addiction crisis alone. We move quickly and decisively, responding to urgent needs with compassion, expertise, and discretion.

Our philosophy is rooted in collaboration and integration. We work seamlessly with your existing mental health, medical, and behavioral care providers, creating a unified support network. This collaborative model ensures that treatment decisions are informed, comprehensive, and in the best interest of the client. For high-profile clients or those with unique privacy requirements, we design custom therapeutic environments that balance clinical excellence with discretion, safety, and comfort.

At New York Intervention, we are experts in treatment placement. We maintain relationships with a wide network of top-tier treatment centers and programs, enabling us to match clients to the environment and approach that best fits their individual needs. Whether residential, outpatient, one-on-one, or custom-built programs, we guide families through every step of the selection and placement process, including admissions coordination and ongoing care planning and then personally escort the client to treatment.

OUR VISION

Our work extends beyond the individual to include family integration and support. We understand that a crisis impacts everyone, and our services are designed to ensure that every family member feels heard, supported, and equipped to participate in the recovery process. Through coaching, education, and ongoing guidance, we help families set boundaries, establish healthy communication, and navigate the emotional complexities of mental health and addiction challenges.
